	The enrollment/degree verification does not contain grades or course descriptions. If grades are required, please submit a trancript request form.

	The enrollment/degree verification includes the following information: Student name, date of birth, dates of attendance, degrees awareded (if any), degree date, majors, minors, concentrations, emphases. It may include anticipated graduation date if it was provided on the Declaration of Major form OR if you have applied for graduation.
